Northwest Steel & Pipe offers CNC controlled plasma, plasma bevel, drill, and flame cutting. We have the ability to receive your dwg or dxf file over e-mail or create a new program from your print by one of our in-house programmers.

Northwest Steel & Pipe has two Messer Cutting Systems Titan II’s with 4 - 260 amp Precision Plasma (high definition) and Turbo Flame oxy-fuel torches. These machines sit on 14’ x 60’ tables. The Precision Plasma has a material thickness capacity of 18 gauge through 1-1/2” thick. The Turbo Flame can cut through 8” thick material.

A third machine is the Messer Cutting Systems TMC 4500. This machine has 2 Hypertherm HPR400XD HyPerformance plasma systems. They are capable of plasma cutting up to 2” thick. This machine also has a Global rotator capable of beveling up to 45 degrees

Northwest Steel & Pipe also has a Messer Cutting Systems TMC4500DB. This machine boasts 2 HPR400XD plasmas (one is mounted to a global rotator capable of bevelling up to 45 degrees), 12 Oxy-Fuel torches, as well as a drill capable of drilling up to 4” diameter in 4” thick mild steel. This machine sits on a custom built 80’ water table.
