Plasma/Burning:
Northwest Steel & Pipe offers CNC controlled plasma and flame cutting. We have the ability to receive your dwg or dxf file over e-mail or create a new program from your print by one of our in-house programmers.
Northwest Steel & Pipe has two MG Systems Titan II’s with 4 - 260 amp Precision Plasma (high definition) and Turbo Flame oxy-fuel torches. These machines sit on a 14’ x 55’ table. The Precision Plasma has a material thickness capacity of 20 gauge through 1-1/2” thick. The Turbo Flame can cut through 8” thick material.
A third machine is the MG Systems TMC 4520. This dual plasma and oxy-fuel machine has two plasma torches and 12 oxy-fuel torches. It has a material thickness capacity of 20 gauge through 10”. This MG rests on a 20’ x 45’ water table.
Northwest Steel & Pipe also has a 6 torch Airco. This machine is a versatile machine that is used for small parts ranging in thickness from ¼” through 8” and beveling jobs.
