Saw Cutting

Northwest Steel & Pipe has six band saws.

For large tubing and WF jobs, Northwest Steel and Pipe features 2 of the HEM WF 130. The WF 130 has a saw capacity of 18” x 27”. It also has both the Cut Watcher System for squareness and the Laser Light System for accuracy.

Northwest Steel also has 2 HEM H130’s. These saws have an opening of 20” x 20” automatic feed and laser light system for accuracy.

For Miter cutting we have the HEM VT 130 This saw has an opening of 20” x 24”. It is able to miter cut up to 60 degrees. The VT 130 has a Cut Watcher to ensure squareness and a Laser Light System for accuracy.
